TAJIK NATIONAL CULTURAL CENTERS
Тhe Tajik nation has the general ethnic basis with the Uzbeks: material culture, customs, folk art - every-thing is allied, sometimes indistinguishable. The ancient history, and in many respects the medieval history of these peoples are very close. This fully explains the fact that the Tajik national cultural center "Oriyono" was created in Uzbekistan in 1990 as one of the first.
In order to fulfill its charter objectives - the preservation and development of the national culture, traditions, customs, strengthening of friendship bet-ween the peoples - the Center regularly organizes and conducts cultural and educational activities, as well as charitable events to develop education and spirituality. The Center conducts radio-seminars, parties to speak about life and work by Abu Abdullo Rudaki, Hafiz Sherazi, Sipandi Samarkand! and other prominent represen-tatives of the Tajik nation. The art group "Oriyono" parti-cipate in celebrations of Navruz, Commemoration and Ceremonial Day, Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Independence Day of the Republic of Taji-kistan, parties of the Uzbek-Tajik friendship and events of other national cultural centers. Since as correctly wrote Abu-Abdullo Rudaki: There is no greater pleasure in the world Than to contemplate your relatives and friends. Along with "Oriyono" the Tajik cultural centers deliver their activities in Jizak and Surkhandarya provinces and in Chirchik town of Tashkent province. In Bukhara province there is a Tajik-Persian center "Oftobi Sugdiyon". |
